By accessing or using the Centurion Services, Inc. website, booking a service, or interacting with our company in any way, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

We may update these Terms periodically. The most current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our site or services after any update constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Scope of Services

Centurion Services, Inc. provides residential and commercial cleaning and restoration services, including but not limited to:

  • Carpet, upholstery, and area rug cleaning

  • Tile and grout cleaning

  • Leather care and conditioning

  • Fabric and surface protection (including Magi Seal® services)

All services are provided as scheduled appointments, subject to technician availability, property access, and the client’s compliance with preparation instructions.

3. Appointments and Scheduling

Appointments are confirmed once a date and time are agreed upon with a Centurion Services representative.

  • Clients must provide accurate property details and contact information.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to weather, staffing, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • A minimum 24-hour notice is required for cancellations. Missed appointments or same-day cancellations may incur a service charge.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted prior to service based on the information provided by the client.

  • Additional charges may apply for specialty treatments, oversized areas, or unexpected conditions (e.g., heavy pet damage, severe staining).

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

  • We accept major credit cards, cash, and checks. Returned checks may incur additional fees.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

Centurion Services, Inc. takes pride in delivering high-quality results.
If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us within 48 hours of completion so we can evaluate and, if appropriate, re-clean or address the issue.
This guarantee does not cover:

  • Pre-existing damage, discoloration, or wear

  • Stains or odors that cannot be removed due to material type or chemical limitations

  • Situations beyond our control, such as water intrusion or environmental conditions after service

6. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Centurion Services, Inc. is not liable for:

  • Damage to items not disclosed prior to service

  • Shrinkage, dye migration, or texture change in fabrics or carpets due to manufacturer limitations or prior treatments

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service in question.

7. Website Use

The Centurion Services website and its content (including text, images, videos, and logos) are the property of Centurion Services, Inc. and may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure information is accurate but do not guarantee that all content, pricing, or descriptions are free of errors.

Product warranties, when applicable, are governed by the manufacturer’s terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes shall be handled in the appropriate state or federal courts located within Michigan.
